This Marsal and Sons 80” Double deck gas pizza oven consistently produces delicious pizza. With a 60” wide x 36” deep baking chamber, this oven can comfortably cook (6) 18” pies.
Constructed with an aluminized steel exterior, this unit’s interior contains a 2” thick brick-lined deck and an arched ceiling. The pizza oven’s thermostat can be set to any temperature from 300-650°F.
Configured for 240,000 BTUs when using LP gas and 260,000 BTUs when using natural gas, this oven contains full length heat reflectors and fiberglass insulation that ensure even heat distribution. Its gas connection is 3/4” and located at the rear of the oven.
