Great for steakhouses and burger restaurants, this broiler, oven, and finishing oven combination features 150,500 BTU of total power along with the versatility you need in today’s commercial kitchens.
The broiler has (3) 33,500 BTU ceramic radiant burners and a pilot ignition system that provide up to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit to cook the food on the product grid, adding that perfect finishing touch to your grilled, baked, or sous vide foods. Infinite heat controls also let you modulate the temperature according to what you’re cooking. The 25″ x 25″ adjustable height cooking grid provides plenty of room for your steaks and chops. Since the grid is made of cold rolled steel bars, it’s strong and durable enough to stand up to heavy use and provides eye-catching grill marks on food. Plus, a full-width floating stainless steel drip pan catches grease for easy disposal at the end of the night.
Offering several uses in one footprint, this model comes on a standard oven base that provides for your low volume baking, warming, and rethermalizing needs. Made of stainless steel with a porcelain interior bottom and sides, the oven base is durable and easy to clean. It has a 50,000 BTU burner for plenty of cooking power and an adjustable temperature range of 150-550 degrees Fahrenheit.
When you need to finish off foods after their time in the broiler, you can quickly get the job done with the convenient finishing oven located on top of the broiler. The finishing oven is also a great choice for melting cheese on baked potatoes or browning the tops of individual casseroles and pans of food for a buffet!
This upright broiler has a stainless steel front, top ledge, sides, base, and finishing oven for long-lasting durability. It also has 6″ legs to make maintenance and cleaning easier. This model requires a natural gas connection and has a front gas manifold that allows it to be banked with other units.
