This Imperial IR-6-E electric restaurant range features a stainless construction that ensures the unit withstands years of heavy-duty use in commercial kitchens. Measuring 36"W x 31.50"D x 56.50"H, the compact Imperial range is a space saver and perfect for smaller kitchens. A 5" landing ledge makes it easy to transfer food from the range to plates or bowls. Featuring infinite heat controls, the unit puts users in complete control. There is one control knob burner, and each control knob features Valox™ heat protection grips for maximum safety. With a standard oven that has a porcelain interior, the unit gives chefs the versatility to also bake or roast meals. A chrome oven rack is included and can be set from 150°F-500°F.
