The TAMG-36 is a 36" wide, Radiance liquid propane countertop manual control griddle from Turbo Air with 3 aluminized U shaped burners for a 3/4" thick highly polished steel griddle plate. The manual controls on this countertop griddle feature a heat resistant Poly Phenylene Sulfide (PPS) on-off knobs for each burner.The countertop griddle has a stainless steel front plate and sides and a bull nose stainless steel front extension. There is a 4" stainless steel backsplash with tapered side splashes, 3" wide front grease trough and a removable grease pan on this countertop griddle. The unit stands firmly on 2" stainless steel legs.The TAMG-36 Radiance countertop griddle is gas powered and operates with natural gas or liquid propane at 66,000 BTU (22,000 per burner) with a 3/4" gas connection.
