It utilizes a blower motor that evenly circulates warm air, and to prevent heat and energy loss, the cabinet is fully insulated. The fixed racks in this unit accommodate (15) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹⁄₂-inch steam table pans, and because it’s built with side-mounted push handles, this unit can be easily maneuvered during transport.

Made of stainless steel, the Vulcan VHP15 insulated heated cabinet is durable enough to withstand commercial use and is built with an integrated steel frame to add strength. A dial thermostat enables temperature adjustment as high as 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and for monitoring, the current temperature is visible on the unit's thermometer.
