Winco FVS-1 KATTEX™ Countertop Adjustable Fruit and Vegetable Quick Slicer

The Winco FVS-1 countertop fruit and vegetable slicer has an adjustable blade to create slices from ¹⁄₁₆ inch to ¹⁄₂ inch thick. It mounts to any flat surface but can be removed for cleaning and storage after use. Because the base and the blade are both made of heavy-duty stainless steel, this unit will withstand the wear and tear of commercial use. It accommodates fruit and vegetables a maximum of 4 inches in diameter and 5¹⁄₂ inches long.
