As its name implies, ALFA’s 12 SS CCA  it comes complete and is ready for use in the commercial cooking environment immediately. Included in each box are the following items: stainless steel grinding cylinder head, pan, ring and worm. It also comes with a stainless steel knife and two (2) chopper plates (1/4″ & 5/16″) as well as a 3/4″ plastic stuffing tube.
