This particular add-on piece features a broiler top, which is perfect for burgers and other meats. It features a 10 gauge metal angle construction and a 12 gauge, type 304 stainless steel frame. This frame is easily adjustable to best fit over the burners. And, for both stability and easy carrying, the broiler features a 12 gauge aluminum sheet bar handle.
Attractive Grill Marks
The broiler top portion of this unit creates quality-looking grill marks on burgers, steaks, and other food items. You get the benefit of a charbroiler effect without needing to purchase a standalone charbroiler.
Optimal Space
The unit is designed to sit on top of a gas range, covering 4 burners for ample cooking space. The range burners heat the surface, which then transfers heat to product for cooking.
