It has chrome-plated door handles, and solid mineral fiber insulation to keep heat inside the unit. Lined with double-sided porcelain, the baking compartment has an aluminized steel combustion chamber. This unit features 10 chrome-plated racks that can be placed in nine different positions, and it holds (10) 13-inch-by-18-inch half-size pans.
