Ideal for baking, rethermalizing, roasting, or warming a large batch of the same product, the Blodgett MARK V-100 SGL convection oven is a standard-depth single-chamber unit. Its five chrome-plated racks accommodate five 18-inch by 26-inch full-size baking pans and can be adjusted or removed as needed. Its double-sided porcelainized baking compartment features two dependent front doors that ease pan loading and retrieval, while their dual-pane thermal glass window ensure a clear view into the lighted interior. Compatible with compact kitchens, this rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel oven measures 3814 inches wide by 4012 inches deep by 57 inches high and is fitted with 25-inch stainless steel legs that can be adjusted to ensure stabilization on uneven floors.

The Blodgett MARK V-100 SGL electric standard-depth convection oven's temperature can be adjusted from 200 to 500 degrees to accommodate specific baking requirements. As its three tubular heaters produce heat, the 12-horsepower blower motor evenly disperses it throughout the compartment, reducing baking times. Solid mineral fiber insulation built into the sides, back, top, and bottom preserves generated heat to minimize temperature fluctuations that could affect produce quality and affect energy conservation. For simple use, its front control panel sports a modular, slide-out design that features an LED display. Staff can initiate the cook-and-hold or Pulse Plus® functions as desired.
