The Blodgett ZEPH-200-E DB Zephaire convection oven is a double-deck, bakery-depth unit measuring 38¹⁄₄ inches wide by 36⁷⁄₈ inches deep by 70⁵⁄₈ inches high. Each compartment features five chrome-plated racks that accommodate an 18-inch by 26-inch pan. With a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, it can be used to bake large batches of rolls, pies, chicken, pasta dishes, and more. Operators can adjust the unit's temperature using the solid-state infinite controls.

The Blodgett ZEPH-200-E DB full-size convection oven's front, top, sides, and 6-inch legs are made of stainless steel to provide long-term rust and corrosion resistance. It features a full angle-iron frame for additional strength and a double-sided porcelainized baking compartment liner to streamline cleaning. To preserve heat, it's built with solid mineral fiber insulation in its top, back, sides, and bottom. This unit's doors operate dependently, so both can be opened simultaneously with one hand.
