Inside, the oven compartments are equipped with lights to improve visibility as users monitor cooking products. It's powered by natural gas and has a total output of 120,000 BTUs. This double-deck unit measures 38.25 inches wide by 36.88 inches deep by 87.13 inches high.

Made primarily of stainless steel with a full angle-iron frame, the Blodgett ZEPH-200-G DBL Zephaire full-size convection oven is durable, simple to clean, and rust and corrosion resistant.
