The Desco CPG-2/90 Plus Dual Tank Pasta Cooker is a dual tank, four burner, gas pasta cooker. Two high efficiency burners per tank allow fast recovery when cooking semi-frozen or frozen products. This model features two 12 gallon tanks with individual water fills, drains controls, and independent heat controls for each tank. A one piece stamped (not welded) stainless steel tank is highly resistant to the corrosive effects of salted water. A drain located at the front of the tank helps remove starch automatically.

In addition to cooking pasta, this model can also cook rice, vegetables, potatoes, meats, and seafood.
