The Hoshizaki KM-81BAJ undercounter crescent cube ice maker can produce 78 pounds of ice daily. It has a compact footprint and low profile to save space in crowded kitchens and service areas. A front-breathing airflow system enables this unit to be installed with reduced side and rear clearances, and the slide-in door doesn't obstruct the area in front of the machine when opened. Its EverCheck™ alert system simplifies routine maintenance and the air filter is removable from the front for servicing.

With 1.3 cubic feet of storage capacity, the Hoshizaki KM-81BAJ crescent cube commercial ice machine can keep 38 pounds of premade ice chilled and ready to serve, suiting it for many establishments. The included ice scoop features H-GUARD Plus antimicrobial agent, promoting sanitary machine operation and reducing cross-contamination. This ice maker is made of stainless steel, giving it excellent rust defense—an important feature for appliances regularly exposed to water.
