This Marsal and Sons 86” single deck gas pizza oven consistently produces delicious pizza. With a 66” wide x 44” deep baking chamber, this oven can comfortably cook (8) 18” pies.The unit is constructed with an aluminized steel interior and exterior. The pizza oven’s thermostat can be set to any temperature from 300-650°F, and the unit’s adjustable legs are welded to its base. Configured for 120,000 BTUs when using LP gas and 130,000 BTUs when using natural gas, this pizza oven ensures even heat distribution throughout its baking chamber. Its gas connection is 3/4” and located at the rear of the oven.
