The Marsal SD-488 pizza oven is a double-deck type oven and the go-to equipment for a faster cooked, crispier pie that looks and tastes delicious. The unique oven is built with the Marsal-exclusive left-to-right burner design that allows for even heating across the entire baking deck. A 11⁄2-inch heat diffusing air chamber and a 2-inch-thick cooking surface create an even bake throughout the chamber, ensuring the pizza is crispier and cooked more efficiently. The heat diffusing air chamber is also located below the cooking surface, eliminating hot spots and the need to rotate pies. An exclusive baffle system uses slots instead of circles in order to push more heat to the center of the oven, resulting in pies with an evenly cooked top and a crisper crust. The Marsal SD-488 Stacked pizza ovens have unique features that guarantee your pizzas are baked at the highest quality for the best results.
