The Vulcan VBB1F heavy-duty broiler is powered by natural gas and uses a pilot ignition system. Heat is provided by three ceramic radiant burners; their grates are made of strong cast iron to support rigorous use. Designed for a refrigerated base mount, it has a flat bottom without legs; the Vulcan base is required for operation and sold separately.
