Vulcan 1036 36 1/2" Electric Cheesemelter w/ Quartz Element

To facilitate precise adjustment, the Vulcan 1036 cheese melter operates with solid-state controls. It heats with quartz infrared tube elements for even temperature distribution and is built with insulation in the top, sides, and back to minimize heat loss. When product is placed on the rack, the unit heats automatically, and the rack adjusts to four possible positions to accommodate different items. Enabling operators to power it down quickly when not in use, it features an on/off switch.

Constructed primarily of stainless steel, the Vulcan 1036 cheese melter boasts excellent resistance to rust, scratches, and corroding. It features a fan-cooled electrical compartment and is raised on adjustable, 4-inch legs to facilitate cleaning beneath the unit. Designed to fit on a countertop, this unit measures 36¹⁄₂ inches wide by 17¹⁄₈ inches deep by 19¹⁄₂ inches high.
