Its top, interior, sides, and fasteners are constructed of stainless steel—a strong, rust-resistant metal that's ideal for heavy use. To minimize heat loss, it's built with 1-inch-thick insulation in the back, top, and sides. When not in use, operators can power down the unit with its on/off switch.
