With mechanical snap-action thermostats embedded every 12 inches, this unit has five cooking zones.

The Vulcan MSA60-30 gas griddle is made of durable stainless steel that won’t rust or corrode when exposed to water and cleaning chemicals. To retain heat and provide uniform distribution, the griddle plate is 1 inch thick and made of polished steel that can be wiped down after use.
