The Vulcan VBB1CF V Series upright broiler is powered by natural gas and uses a pilot ignition system. Heat is provided by three ceramic radiant burners, and their grates are constructed of heavy-duty cast iron to support high-volume use. Designed for a refrigerated base mount, it's furnished with a modular base. This unit is 36 inches wide by 42.63 inches deep by 77.13 inches high, overall.

To streamline cleaning, the VBB1CF heavy-duty broiler features a full-width, floating stainless steel drip pain. Most of the unit's remainder is made of stainless steel, offering long-lasting resistance to rust and corrosion. Enabling users to stabilize it on bumpy or irregular floors, it's 6-inch legs are adjustable.
