Waring MXE2000 3 1/2 hp Ellipse Commercial Blender System

Uniquely designed with a top-down blending function, the Waring MXE2000 Xtreme Ellipse blending system uses a dasher to scrape the sides of the container as ingredients blend. Its 32-ounce-capacity jar is cylindrical, enabling the dasher to rotate smoothly and eliminate air pockets by pushing ingredients toward the blade. With this design, operators won't need to use a tamper during the blending process, reducing prep times while minimizing labor needs for staff members. The Ellipse drive powers the dasher with manual and automatic modes—the manual mode operates with 10-, 15-, and 20-second push buttons, while the auto-start function runs a 30-second blend when the sound enclosure is closed. A docking station is included to hold the drive between blends, and a charger provides the drive with enough power for a full day of operation.

This Waring MXE2000 commercial blender has an electronic controller with a blue backlit screen. It comes with adjustable speed controls, four programmable beverage settings, and a dual-pulse feature with reprogrammable speed control. To keep vibration and noise levels low, the unit comes with a sound enclosure that's compatible with other MX-series blenders using the jar pad and adapter ring; tools aren't required to retrofit the enclosure onto existing units. Designed to protect the motor housing from damage, the jar pad and adapter ring shed liquid and keep the exterior clean.
