Perfect for quick, light .to medium-duty applications, the Waring WSB33X Quik Stik® immersion blender can be used to whip eggs, purée fruit, and make dressings and sauces. The unit has a 7-inch stainless steel shaft that fits in 3-gallon containers. On the end of the shaft, the stainless steel blade blends ingredients into a consistent mixture, and operators can run the blender at a low or high speed. Since it has a compact, lightweight design and a rubberized grip, the unit is comfortable to maneuver.
