It has an Excalibur® nonstick coating for easy movement and time efficiency when it's time for plating; additionally, this pan is resistant to scratching to preserve longevity, so it's great to use when preparing fluffy scrambled eggs or pan frying flaky salmon. It requires handwashing with warm water and comes with a hanging hole to simplify organization.
