It's constructed of 3003 aluminum alloy—a strong, corrosion-resistant material—and is 3¹/₂ millimeters thick for ideal heat conduction. This pan's riveted handle offers a secure grip, while the mirror finish grants a polished, timeless appearance. With a 12-inch diameter, this pan is great to utilize when making tart lemon pepper chicken or crispy fried potatoes. While this pan is not dishwasher safe, it can be washed by hand under warm water and includes a hanging hole to maximize storage space.
