The Winco PGW-1018 wire pan grate can be used as a steam pan grate. Its short feet raise foods off the pan bottom to prevent sticking and to drain off water. Moisture can fall off food through the wire grates and collect in the bottom of the pan. This unit’s wire construction is chrome plated to provide a durable, protective finish.
